When my wife and I moved to Amsterdam we bought a very small fridge to fit in our very small dorm. Adhered to the fridge in bright primary foam letters were the words “HEB LIEF”. In Dutch this means to “have love”.

We later adopted this name because beyond reminding us of good times, bold risks, and adventures in far off places, we also live the sentiment as a business philosophy. Whether art, tech, real estate, or food - we believe that the success of any endeavor truly comes down to the passion and love you have for it.
